HOW MUCH DOES IT COST TO WORK WITH A BUYERS AGENT?
Our services cost you $ZERO. The builder pays our fee. Builders know that most buyers will be working with a buyers agent and honor our representation. The one requirement is that we introduce you to the builder. That means we will take you to the builder's site and assist during the contract preparation. In fact, we'll help pay for those expensive upgrades.
